01Game and scope
This notice covers the current version 1.15 of Drunk Man: The Way Home for Android (com.adam.homerun), prepared for release. The responsible company is CAGLAR DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LLC. Contact admin@caglar.digital for privacy requests. Read this notice together with the general policy’s company, rights, security and international processing provisions.
No account or registration is required. This version has no online leaderboard, chat, account-based cloud saves or in-app purchases.
02Game data on your device and backups
Your best distance and preferences, including language, sound, control mode and sensitivity, are stored in the app’s local device storage. The phone language is used to choose a language automatically; motion/tilt sensors control the character on the device. The game’s own code does not transmit these scores, preferences or sensor readings to a developer server.
Android backup is enabled. Some app data may be included in operating system backup and restore depending on device and system settings. The description of local storage therefore does not exclude system backups.
03AdMob advertising and data processing
The game uses Google AdMob for a main-menu banner and interstitial ads on selected retries. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process IP addresses (including to estimate location), app/ad interactions, diagnostics, and device or account identifiers such as the advertising ID. Uses include ad delivery, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. Data processing can vary with SDK configuration, device settings and consent choices.
Google processes advertising data; SDK transfers are encrypted using TLS. See the Google Privacy Policy and Google Mobile Ads SDK disclosure linked below. Non-personalized ads can also involve data processing.
04Advertising and privacy choices
Where required, Google User Messaging Platform presents an advertising consent message. When applicable, “Ad Privacy Options” in the game’s Settings lets you revisit your choices. Android advertising privacy settings also provide controls for your advertising ID.
The privacy policy is always accessible from the game’s Settings. Reading this policy or continuing to use the game is not by itself advertising consent.
05Retention, deletion and support
Clear the app’s storage in Android Settings > Apps > Drunk Man: The Way Home > Storage to delete local scores and preferences; menu names vary by device. This resets your saved best distance and preferences. You may need to manage system backups separately through your device or backup account settings. There is no game account to delete.
Retention and deletion of advertising data processed by Google are governed by Google’s policies and available user controls. Clearing app storage does not automatically delete data held by Google. For privacy requests, contact admin@caglar.digital and name the game. If you email support, we process your email address and message to respond; the general policy’s retention and rights provisions apply.
06Scope and responsible company
CAGLAR DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LLC is responsible for personal data processing for the CAGLAR.DIGITAL website and the apps and games that link to this policy. Our company address and privacy contact appear below. This policy applies according to the product and features used; it does not mean that every product collects the same data.
Wind IPTV Player, Ömer Güler Emlak, Kuzey Ankara TOKİ and SMS ONAY are apps in our portfolio. Drunk Man: The Way Home is our game being prepared for release; a notice for its current version is provided in this policy. Any product-specific privacy notice should be read alongside this policy. Independent third-party websites and services are responsible for their own data practices.
07Accounts and registration
In apps or games that require registration, we collect a username, email address and password. We process these details to create the account, enable sign-in, manage account access and respond to account-related support requests. Using a feature that does not require an account does not by itself require you to provide these details.
Do not include your password in support emails, forums or public areas. We do not ask for your password to verify a deletion request. Processing of other content associated with your account depends on the features of the product you use.
08Content and support requests you submit
When you email us, your address, message, optional name and attachments are processed to review and answer your request. Content you submit through a listing, profile, forum or comment feature is used to provide that function. Information you post in a public area may be visible to other users.
Review the information you choose to share through listing or contact features in products such as Ömer Güler Emlak and Kuzey Ankara TOKİ. The destination of product data such as media playlists, service accounts or SMS verification content depends on the product and the service you connect to. This policy does not assert that such data stays exclusively on your device or is sent to our company in every product.
09Games and product features
The account, advertising, contact and deletion sections also apply to games that link to this policy. Game progress, scores, achievements, cloud saves, multiplayer communication and purchases are not features of every game. Where provided, the game's additional notice must explain what data remains on the device, is sent to a server or is shared with other players.
Except for the game-specific notice for Drunk Man: The Way Home, this general policy does not describe the features or data practices of other unreleased games.
10Google AdMob and advertising data
We use Google AdMob in our ad-supported apps and games. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process IP addresses (including approximate location inference), app/ad interactions, diagnostics and, depending on configuration, advertising IDs, app set IDs or other device/account identifiers. Purposes include advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. The data involved depends on the SDK version, permissions and ad settings.
Google processes this data; its privacy information is linked below. Google states that SDK data is transmitted using TLS. The portfolio website itself does not load AdMob.
11Advertising choices and permissions
Ad personalisation depends on your region, age, permissions and advertising configuration. Where required, advertising-related processing must be accompanied by in-app disclosure and a valid consent or choice mechanism; visiting this page or continuing to use an app is not by itself advertising consent.
You can manage advertising ID options and app permissions in Android settings. A link to Google's ad preferences is provided below. Disabling personalisation does not necessarily remove ads or stop all technical data processing. If you cannot find a product's privacy option, contact us with its name and version.
12Device permissions and technical information
If a feature needs access such as camera, photos, notifications or location, its scope and purpose must be explained in the relevant app. Mentioning a permission here does not mean every app requests it. You can change granted permissions in device settings; the associated feature may stop working.
Connecting to an online service sends your IP address and connection-related information to the receiving server. Technical records such as access times, request/response details and version information sent by the device may be processed to operate the service and investigate errors. SDK processing is addressed in the advertising section.
13Website and browser storage
This portfolio website has no account registration, payment collection or server-submitted contact form. Search and category filters operate in your browser. The site code uses no cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage; language is carried in the link's lang parameter. It loads no external fonts, advertising or analytics scripts.
Hosting and security infrastructure may process IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps and error records; scope and duration depend on provider settings. Email links open your own email application; the site does not submit a request unless you send the message. This website description does not apply to advertising SDKs in mobile apps.
14Purposes and legal grounds
We process information to provide requested services and account functions, support users, maintain security and abuse controls, and meet applicable obligations. Advertising purposes and choices are described separately above.
Depending on the applicable law, the legal ground may be entering into or performing a contract, a legal obligation, a legitimate interest balanced against your rights, or consent where required. You may withdraw consent for consent-based processing without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
15Sharing information
Data may be processed by hosting, email and technical service providers to the extent needed to deliver the service. In ad-supported products, Google AdMob processes the data described in the advertising section. Public posts are made available to other users according to the visibility you select. Information may need to be disclosed to competent authorities in response to valid legal requests or obligations.
This page does not confirm the use of an unlisted advertising intermediary or analytics provider. When an additional provider is integrated, the relevant data types, purposes and recipients must be reflected in the product notice.
16Retention and deletion
Account data is retained as needed to provide the account; support correspondence is kept to follow up requests and maintain necessary records. Retention considers the data type, purpose, security needs and applicable legal obligations. Periods for server logs, backups and third-party advertising records vary by system and provider.
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data. A verified request covers the account and related data, subject to valid retention exceptions; merely freezing the account is not deletion. If records must be retained for legal obligations, fraud prevention or a dispute, the scope, reason and duration will be explained in the response to your request. See the Account and Data Deletion page for details.
17Security
Our security approach requires restricting personal data access to those who need it, secure transmission and protection of account information. You can report a security issue to our privacy contact with the product name and necessary technical details; do not send passwords or full payment details.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. Statements about advertising SDK transmission rely on Google's documentation and do not guarantee the security of independent content providers or every product server.
18International processing
Our company is based in the United States. Communications and service data may be processed in the United States or other countries where infrastructure providers operate. Google's processing locations and transfer practices are described in its privacy policy.
Cross-border transfers must be assessed against the transfer conditions and safeguards required by applicable law. Contact us for information about processing locations and applicable safeguards for a particular product.
19Your rights and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, restrict processing, request portability, object to processing or withdraw consent. You retain the right to complain to a competent data protection authority. Rights may vary by location and processing activity.
Send requests to admin@caglar.digital with the product name. We request only information necessary and proportionate to verify the request. Requests are handled without undue delay and within applicable legal time limits. You do not need to reinstall an app or send us your password to request account deletion.
20Children's privacy and future games
Child-directed games may be added to the portfolio in the future. This general text does not describe the data practices of an unreleased children's game. Such a product needs its own explanation of target ages, children's data, parental choices and advertising. Age-appropriate data and advertising settings must be reviewed before release.
If you believe a child's information has been handled improperly, contact us with the product name and concern. A parent's or legal representative's request to review, correct or delete information is handled with appropriate authority verification. This page is not a substitute for parental consent.
21External links and policy changes
Opening Google Play, app websites, advertisements or other external links takes you to a third-party service. Review that service's notices for its processing practices.
When products or data use change, this policy and any relevant product notices are updated. The update date appears at the top. Turkish and English versions are provided for the same informational purpose; contact us if you notice a discrepancy.
